My partner has really bad psoriasis between his anus and his testicles which is very itchy, especially at night. It keeps him awake and causes him a great deal of distress. He wont go to his GP because of the area affected. Are there any treatments for this that can be bought over the counter or from health shops?

First you need to see a Doc to make sure this is Psoriasis and not another problem, like fungi infection. If he is over weight he need to loose the weight, then wear loose clothing boxers and make sure he has plenty of room in his trousers. The Doc will give him some cream which is clear up the rash and providing he allows air to circulated, the rash should not return.
