Hello there. First off: keep your skin moisturized; Avoid scratches and cuts; sunbathe (in moderation, of course); increase vitamin D and omega-3 supplement intake.
Stay away from steroids and immuno-depressants (humira and the like): they do more harm than good. Excercise, generate good thoughts and maintain a sunny outlook.
Try the herbal anti-psoriasis spray and cream combo from Champori.com: it is natural and works better than anything else for my plaque psoriasis (I haven’t had a flare-up for over a year now after only few weeks of treatment!)

Small patches can be treated with Band Aid adhesive. Sounds goofy, but if you clip the tape ends from a Band Aid and apply these to the patches of psoriasis, they will heal and the skin will smooth.

I have had psoriasis of the scalp for over 30 years. Sometimes I would get it on my neck. So bad I would bleed, I started a vitamin regimen called Barney’s formula 2 weeks ago.
